Welcome back! It's time for this week's Stampotique Designer's Challenge where we're creating something with just one layer!! This really is a challenge for me; I almost always border my project with another layer or two! But I managed to find a piece of this beautiful background paper that worked perfectly by itself for a money card - isn't that everyone's favorite kind of card?? LOL!!
