March 2016 New Release and Blog Hop

Happy Leap Day!!  To celebrate, Stampotique is doing a special Leap Day Blog Hop to announce a new release!  There are tons of new images from our favorite stamp designers as well as two fabulous new artists, Terri Richardson and Karen Hayselden!
