SDC125: One Layer

It's time for this week's Stampotique Designer's Challenge hosted by Samantha Read who wants us to use just one layer!
"Hi Stampotiquers! I'm so excited to be your host this week and I'm inviting you to make a creation using just one layer. It doesn't necessarily have to be clean and simple, that's the challenge! I love lots and lots of layers but to achieve a sense of depth to a creation using no embellishments etc can really get you scratching your head and rubbing your chin!
Most importantly have fun ;)"
I really love using just one layer - it can be so dramatic!  I combined this challenge with using just black and white and one other color and came up with this heartfelt little card.  To achieve this look, the centre heart has been masked and over-stamped with the large heart background.
Stamps by Stampotique Originals:
A Heart, My Heart, Daniel's Hearts
Inks by Tsukinenko:
IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Versafine™ Pigment Ink Onyx Black
IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Versafine™ Pigment Ink Satin Red

The heart has its reasons of which reason knows nothing.
