SDC68: Weather

I have no idea where the week went!  It's time for another Stampotique Designer's Challenge and this week, Sue Davies is our hostess.  Here is what she has challenged the group with:
"Over here in England one of our main topics of conversation is the weather. We can have sun, rain, wind and snow all in the same day. So I'm challenging you to show me some weather - have fun!"
I think Nova Scotia must have broken away from England and brought its weather with it! LOL!  Our weather is the same way!  I created a card to go with this challenge, but I had one of those moments making it when I stuck something down and then swore because I just new it was in the wrong place but moving it would ruin the paper (with no spare replacement paper of course!!).  Well, they say that there are no mistakes in art, so here it is... just as it's meant to be!
