TCCC#3: Altered Dominoes

This week's Third Coast Creative Challenge is Altered Dominoes. The image theme is anything goes but you must incorporate an altered domino or similar game piece into your projects! You can make anything from jewelry to cards to ATCs as long as there's an altered domino involved!
All kinds of dominoes from the ones made of marble-like resin to wooden dominoes are fair game! You can also use any game piece that is similar to a domino! For example: Mah Jong, Chekits, Triominoes, Bendominoes, Lexigoes, Rummy, Bananagrams and Pairs n Pears to name a few!

You still have a week to play, so give it a go and link up your creation for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate for Third Coast Rubber Stamps!!!

Here's my little creation.  I have glued a bead to the top to run a cord through so it can be worn as a pendant.  The image is stamped in Ancient Page Black ink and heat set.  The coloring is done with a combination of Distress Ink and Tombow markers.

  1. aw, I just LOVE this SO much Val. What a clever idea using a bead. I have dominoes sitting waiting for something to happen to them while I wondered how to hang them while not owning a mini drill. I must try this..xx
