SDC25: Faux Barnwood Technique - Stampotique Only

Stampotique has given us the ultimate challenge this week!!!   Our hostess, Monique challenged our team to use a technique on their creation with all Stampotique Stamps. When you're looking for techniques, one fantastic source is Pat Huntoon of the Technique Junkie Newsletter, so we've teamed up with the Technique Junkies team to create projects using the Faux Barnwood Technique.

There are two prizes this week, so be sure to check out all of the details on the Stampotique Challenge Blog and play along for your chance to win!  Here is my Faux Barnwood panel created using a Barn Red  base with a Taupe topcoat.  I have stamped on it with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and then layered it up with a giant flower I made during a great crafty night with Julie following this fantastic tutorial.
