A New Toy & Altered Alice Challenge!

I have been so inspired by all of the beautiful bound projects lately!  Everyone is making these amazing notebooks, journals, sketchpads, message pads - you name it!  Sooooo.... yesterday I indulged and purchased a new toy - a Cinch binding machine!

Tonight I made my first little project using it and it was a boat load of fun!  I can see a new addiction blossoming!!  Stampotique is currently sponsoring the Altered Alice Challenge where the challenge is to create a project that features a dress form or something that changes in form.  My project was inspired by this theme - a weed being transformed into a flower simply by observing its beauty.  Be sure to join the fun too for your chance to win a $30 Stampotique gift certificate!

  1. Thanks so much for playing along with The Altered Alice! I just LOVE these Stampotique Fleur Girl images and I am so glad you have submitted a project with one! Love the colors, so warm and vibrant! You are right - beauty is in the eye of the beholder and the only thing wrong with a weed most of the time is where it chooses to grow! Lovely interpretation of the challenge!

  4. Oh, that is too cute and I've been avoiding those so I don't like hearing how much fun you had ;-) Looks great and can't wait to see what else you do with that binding machine.
