Sweet Pea Diamond Spring Card

This month, our crafty night challenge was to create a project using a Sweet Pea image. I am especially in love with the mermaids and fairies in the fantasy line, so I picked one of those to work with.

This is my second card made using my new Copic markers so it took me a while to decide what colors to use and what shading to try. Once I was happy with the image (many hours later!), I decided that I wanted to try a new card fold and a different layout.... this is what happened. I hope you like it!

Spring Card Fold Tutorial by Splitcoaststampers

Slow sail'd the weary mariners and saw,
Betwixt the green brink and the running foam,
Sweet faces, rounded arms, and bosoms prest
To little harps of gold; and while they mused
Whispering to each other half in fear,
Shrill music reach'd them on the middle sea.
