Last Day of Paper Drought!!!

Woot! The paper challenge is almost over!  Tomorrow, we'll be "allowed" to buy paper again!! YAY!

The exercise in restraint has actually shown me how much I spend on paper.  I have enjoyed having some extra $$ for purchasing other stamping supplies (like rubber!) this month.  Perhaps this has been a long enough break from buying paper to slow me down for a while!? (hmmm.... guess time will tell :)

So, it's time to take inventory of what I have actually picked up for paper this month (when I wasn't supposed to be buy ANY paper) and the rational behind WHY I bought it - and whether or not my rational was "correct"...

  • from Photo Memories: the new BoBunny papers that I posted on March 25th (because if I didn't buy them that day, there would be none left on May 1 - untrue - as of Tuesday, I think there are some of each paper left at the store!)

  • while in the US: the Far East Stack by DCWV (because I already have one so it's not REALLY cheating - plus it was 75% off and I'd never see it for that price again - true - what a deal!)

  • from Photo Memories: the Tim Holtz Vintage Shabby Paper Stack (because there were only three in the store and the first one sold before it hit the shelf - so SURELY there would be none left on May 1 - untrue - there is still one on the shelf!)

Given the scope of my addiction, I think I did quite well! LOL!  AND, I have kept true to my word - I haven't used any of the papers yet - c'mon tomorrow - get here soon - I can't hold out any longer!!!

Thanks to everyone who played along - this was great fun - and a $$ saver!!
Cheers,
Val
